Patient advice
Our Patient Advice & Support Service (PASS) has been specially created to offer free, impartial and confidential advice to patients, their carers and families in Scotland.

Lay Representation Service
We can provide lay representation at Welfare Benefit Appeal Tribunals, resources permitting, for clients disputing a benefits award.

Disputing Welfare Benefit Decisions
Citizens Advice Bureau have trained welfare benefit specialists who can help clarify benefit decisions, help fill in disability and sickness benefit forms, and advise on how you can dispute a welfare benefit decision up to and including representation at Tribunal.
