As a charity we rely on the help from our team of dedicated Volunteers to make a difference to people’s lives with free, impartial and confidential advice.
Your contribution helps us provide these vital services to our community, ensuring we can continue to support those who need it most.
Here are some of the ways you can support us:
Help in kind
The best way to help us do what we do is to join us. If you have a specialist skill we could use, anything from finance to design and everything in between; we’d love to hear from you if you’re an expert in a particular area, or even a jack of all trades. Share your knowledge with us and help us improve our systems and service.

Leave some feedback
Feedback is always of use to people, and even more so for bureaux. Whether it's something we've done well, or something we could maybe improve on, feedback from people who have used our services is a great way to help us improve.
You can also consider giving feedback to your local counsellor. Our core funding comes from Falkirk Council, and if you've had a positive experience from our service you can let them know; as they are always interested in the effectiveness of the funds they provide.
